I bought a ROTF Leader Optimus Prime from Menasor Lives.

He said he would ship it to Singapore on 5 Sept. I have waited for more than 1 month and yet to receive it.

I dropped a PM to him yesterday (6 Oct) and this morning (7 Oct) but got zero response, although I noticed he has logged onto the website.

 

I paid via paypal for Voyager Blackout on 9/23/09. On 9/29/09, after never receiving blackout, I messaged him regarding and got response:

"Hello. I'm a little backed up due to death in the family but will be shipping this week."

I gave him the benefit of doubt....Then on 10/04/09, I get message asking for my address again 0_o I messaged Menasor Lives again on 10/10/09 as to why I have not receive anything and for confirmation number, etc...no response but the Last Activity on his account was 10-11-2009 @ 06:43 PM...

I have not received or been refunded my $20.00 for:
Voyager Blackout - 100% complete with mini scorponok (which is listed SOLD)

 

After much time and patience, receiving no response regarding; Menasor Lives IS A DEAD BEAT! I paid via paypal for a transformer and HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO RESPONSE AT ALL ALSO.

Do not buy from Menasor Lives.

 

I have waited more than 6 weeks and yet to receive my stuff. I paid $40 for ROTF Leader OP.

I got zero responses despite repeated PMs to him.

I have enough of this joker and have escalated my PayPal claim against to a dispute to try and recover my money.

Regretted dealing with him.

 

This person has ripped myself and a few others off, AVOID him like the black plague.

 

I filed a PayPal dispute against him on 13 Oct and gave him ample time to respond. Still, he refuses to respond.

On 22 Oct, I escalate the dispute to a PayPal claim.

On 2 Nov, the case against him was ruled in my favor but unfortunately, PayPal was not able to process a refund as there are not enough funds in his account.

I have contacted my credit card company and submitted my Merchant Transaction Dispute Form. I hope they can assist in recovering my money.

PayPal is simply useless and helpless. Don't waste time filing a PayPal claim, go straight to your credit card company for help!

P.S. In Singapore, there is a 60-day time limit from the date of transaction to submit a claim. Not sure what are the rules in USA...
