In the case of anti-hero, I received a broken Jetfire helmet from a purchase of the Classics figure. Through no fault of his own, two antennas were broken upon arrival. I notified anti-hero of this and he immediately went to work in finding a replacement. He didn't have to do this at all, but he found one from another member here and had it shipped directly to me. A perfect resolution.
This was a great experience and I have to recommend anti-hero to anyone here on the boards. A truly honest seller who will stand by his sales and go out of his way to correct any issues.
