I have placed 4 orders from KOToys.com over the past 12 months. All of my items have arrived as requested within approx. 18-21 days.

The styrofoam packing materials do disintegrate into thousands of tiny pieces and can make a mess so you may want to open the package inside of a larger garbage bag, but this packaging protects the items well and taking measures to contain the mess is no skin off my nose. I definitely prefer the items be protected than not.

All orders have posted within five (5) business days & have included a tracking number. Shipping is very reasonable compared with other overseas sources for similar KO items. The more items you order, the less the shipping costs per item.

I can only speak for my personal experience, and that said it has been 100% positive to date. Thanks!

Well to my surprise this morning, What i ordered from kotoys arrived. It was sent out 2 days arfter I paid. So my original thoughts were wrong, I will order from again.

Placed an order for the KO Henkei Seekers and received a defective Ghost Starscream and Thundercracker. After multiple email exchanges, Mike agreed to a full refund for the two defective figures. Rest of the toys are in fine condition.

Mike is a fine guy to deal with, just that he is slow in responding to emails. Try catching him on MSN.

Well, today I opened up a lovely package from KOTOYS.com. This package was waiting for me when I got home from a 2-week trip to California and back. The package was in excellent condition, and the contents was perfect!

The items I have ordered was the 12-pack Mini-Seeker set in box. Everything was 100% satisfactory. I placed the order knowing for well that it was a special item and that it takes one week before order shipped. Within one week, I got a notice from PayPal that my item from KOTOYS.com has been shipped. I was very excited about it.

The package arrived less than two weeks from being shipped and the package was awesome! The 12-pack Mini-seekers are well worth it. The only issue is the stickers are very fragile tin-foil like material. The figures them selves are excellent! Smaller scale replicas of the G1 seeker jets, but bigger than WST seekers.
Included in the package are,

All figures are great! I have to say so far I am very satisfied with shopping from KOTOYS.COM and will not hesitate to shop from them again in the future.
My first experience was back in mid-summer when I purchased G1 KO Mirage, Wheeljack, and Sunstreaker. All three figures were excellent.

Just wanted to say, if you want a good-descent G1 figure, don't hesitate to shop with KOTOYS.com. Just be patient with them, or go on a two-week trip to California and back! LOL!

was listing stuff for him. he asked me for my ebay and paypal password, but I didn't give them. Unfortunately I sent him most of the money, he told me he was broke. Then he never mailed out the stuff.

By "shitty" I guess you mean setting up a website for him, php/mysql/javascript coded from scratch, giving technical support and training, advertising for him, promoting his products and "business" over others, defending him online whenever someone would complain about their treatment by him, not telling people the real price of KOs or how much they actually cost to manufacture, inventing the name KOLD, not selling KOs myself, pretty much helping him build his little empire where he's making 10's of thousands per month.

This is the reason he has said to me many times I could have any toys from his stock room because if it wasn't for me, he wouldn't have this business and be living in a luxury apartment building.

All the people that think he's your friend because you chat with him on msn and he gives you toys, you're not, you are being used and manipulated. If you still insist on not believing after seeing all the evidence presented in this thread and many others, then please let him use your ebay account. better yet, please go to guangzhou and stay at his place for a week. you deserve it. As part of the apology you owe your fellow board members, you MUST endure it.

Also, I know he gives toys for good reviews, I bet over half the positive reviews in this thread are "paid advertisements", the rest are just luck.

Whenever TFW or any TF site 'front pages' his images, they have an obligation to their members and visitors to post a link to this thread as a disclaimer.

What Paul says is the truth. I also cut ties with Mike because of his lazy, uncouth, abusive, racist, misogynistic, and generally deplorable behavior. While Paul was doing the hand coding for the KOtoys site, I was doing the graphics for the site -- all of the original artwork and site design was my doing. Yes, even the faux gobots logo, (which I thought was pretty clever myself.)

I did it as a friendly gesture, because at the time I wasn't aware of how insane Mike really is, and he offered to send me some toys as recompense, again just as a friendly gesture. I know between Paul and myself, we put enough billable hours into that site to have bought ten times the trinkets he sent.

But the problem with Mike is that he's forgetful, doesn't really care that he's forgetting things, and not only is he incredibly lazy, he can't be bothered to think for himself at all. If something gets done within his little empire, it's someone else doing it. He solicits suggestions for what to sell because he can't imagine anything on his own, he solicits people to serve as his moderators and his lackeys and pretty much press-gangs his poor girlfriend into indentured servitude to translate for him, broker negotiations with Chinese factories, and pack/ship most of his orders.

Finishing the site artwork and providing him with templates to make all the new graphics he needed wasn't enough for him; he would ask me repeatedly to make new stuff for him, when he had all the resources himself but just couldn't be bothered. He would randomly pop up and demand something like a whole new navigation system, without having the slightest clue what would be necessary to make it happen, what he wanted it to look like, or what he wanted in it. When I suggested he pay me for the continued work that was NOT part of the original agreement, he offered to send me more random KOs as payment, and I declined to work on his site further. He then begged the templates off me again and proceeded to butcher the site into the unholy monstrosity it is today.

Talking with him on MSN, inbetween borderline psychopathic, nigh incomprehensible rants about race, politics and religion (and how much he wanted to murder the admin staff of every board that isn't his own) he was constantly going on about the terrible things he does to people who are not part of his sycophantic inner circle: purposely sending them broken figures, delaying their shipments, etc. He bragged about the way he abuses his GF's trust, and the various drug & sex-related indecencies he commits around town with the money people send him for a bunch of cheap toys he picks up for pennies on the dollar.

He really does live in an incredibly posh penthouse apartment from the money he makes -- I've seen photos. He also kept saying he planned to get into selling other bootleg merchandise, like name-brand fashion stuff and electronics, and whereas I can forgive a few KO toys here and there, this seems like a dangerous and dishonest business model to pursue, especially when you're not even a Chinese citizen, exploiting work visa laws to stay in the country.

This is not gossip or hearsay, this is personal firsthand experience with the man.

So yeah, I've dealt with Mike a few times...twice I sent him actual money for toys back when he was still on ebay, and the one time I got a package of "complimentary" junk for my web work. But knowing his business ethics, what he thinks of his customers, and the way he misuses the money he gets from his overpriced garbage, I can't say I'd ever be comfortable buying from him or his resellers again (or recommending that anyone else do so, for that matter)

Most of the same stuff he sells can easily be had for the same prices or lower, at sites like chimungmung or ioffer -- because remember, the factory suppliers Mike buys his toys from are bootleggers. There's no such thing as "exclusive" contracts when they can make money selling to whoever will buy a case. That street goes both ways.

Most TF fans are good people -- Please don't support bad people with your hard-earned money.

i ordered the purple 3 pack of KO seekers...arrived well packaged....

bought the KOLD clear seeker...piece of shit was shattered due to piss poor packaging...

So i am done...might get a few other KO's off folks on this board....but will not be doing Business with KOTOYS.COM again...Do not like being ignored when i had packaging problems...

wanted the purple seekers bad enough to risk it...got them...that was the last KO tf i was looking to get...
