So I will retract my negative feedback, GenZhao does deliver what he promised - still, he's a "handle with care" material.

#62 | | Mini-Con Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 7 | Update: Finally got the package today!!! Took almost 6 months because of all the issues with EMS, USPS, andcommunication delays. He threw in an extra bot because of the troubles, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately the items weren't in perfect condition. The individual boxes were pretty well demolished, Prowl had both his side mirrors broken off and were no where to be found, Jazz has some paint scratched off, Smokescreen is missing his weapon... I suggested to him that he try to work on padding his packaging better and also staying on top of emails better. Hopefully for his sake and his customers' sake he will.
