Tonight I made baked chicken with swiss cheese and a creamy sage stuffing. Also a side a steamed cauliflower and broccoli.
Tonight I'm making Angel Chicken. Preheat your oven to 325F In a small saucepan, slowly melt a 1/4 cup of butter. After the butter has melted add 1 packet of zesty Italian dressing mix, and stir. Then add 1 can of golden mushroom soup. Stir. Finally add 4-5 ounces of chive cream cheese. Mix this all on low heat. Do not boil. Arrange 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a 9x13 (or smaller) glass baking dish. Sprinkle black pepper and paprika over the chicken. Spoon the mixture from the saucepan over the chicken, and place in the oven. Bake for 1 hour. 20 minutes before the chicken is finished, boil a pot of lightly salted water, and make angel hair pasta. Serve the chicken over the noodles. Accompany this with your choice of vegetable. Enjoy.
