RavX was nice enough to create a Feedback forum for me in TFW2005. One already existed at the Allspark, and of course I have my eBay feedback, but this is apparently the first time anyone's had occasion to leave Feedback for me here.
In any event, it's there in case anyone wants to know.
Also, I've edited the original message to clarify that, while I'm happy to entertain offers from folks outside the US, I will need to charge shipping commensurate with the rates to that country.
