Been a long time coming, just never got around to it sooner. All the usual rules apply, etc. Shipping is extra, by US Postal Service with mandatory delivery confirmation and your choice of First Class or Priority. Many of my best customers have been outside the US, so I'll continue shipping internationally. Payment should be made by PayPal eCheck or balance transfer only; other payments within the US may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
