We've been seeing that yellow-on-black look on toys for so long that it's weird to see it in the media. I dig it right now, but it is even further removed from Classic BB.
I've basically decided to drop all preconceived expectations and notions of proper films and Transformers lore in order to enjoy this upcoming film. That said, these vehicles look bitchin' awesome and I'm excited. I hope that black/yellow muscle car is Bumblebee so bad.
seeing that truck in a publicity still was a little easier to accept. On some crappy cameraphone pic you get more of a sense of how out-of-the ordinary it is. Looks like it just flew in from outer space. It almost looks like it's not fully transformed
I don't like the colors. I don't need an excellent photo to make out the fact he's primarily black instead of yellow, do I?
I love the black bee in PRIME the cartoon and bee had his movie 1 concept art with him being black... I like it!!
I find it interesting that this movie doesn't seem to be a giant General Motors advertisement like that last three have been. Don't take that the wrong way of course, because GM has some pretty cool vehicles. But it is interesting to see a whole new take. But I'll be honest I'm not sure I like too many of these changes so far. But it was way too early to judge so I'll just wait and see what shows up.
