Haven't listened yet as I have something too say, DAMN YOU for posting this just as I was about too go to bed grrr *shakes fist* now I shall listen too it

 

My friends and I noticed the head thing too! We actually counted - 12 robots lost their heads which either resulted in their death or was a result of their death. It took me out of the movie quite a bit.

 

Even though the way I see it the look on Optimus' face when he gets to the NEST base too late and the tone of his voice when he confronted Sentinel on the Washington lawn reflected how he felt about Sentinel's turn, including Ironhide's death, was a pretty good acknowledgement, I agree that atleast one line about Ironhide after his demise would have at least made it better.

Also, one of the worst complaints I've read was that Laserbeak took too many forms and wasn't constant when it came to his alternate modes, which amazed me.

 

The opening clip there scared me. 
this is probably gonna take a couple days to get all the way though, which is cool the more fun the better  

 

I was looking forward to this podcast ever since the movie came out, haha.

 

I'm not saying this an a complaint, I just found it funny while listening, but whenever one of you guys talked about a comedy scene in a negative way, all of you would still laugh at it when the scene was described. I found that hilarious.

Again, NOT a complaint, just something I thought was amusing.

I think the reason most of us were pissed at Ebert for his RotF review was moreso how he pretty much downtalked those who don't share his opinion on it and basically calling anyone who liked it a tasteless idiot.

I do agree that if you have to get all smarmy, overly harsh or ignore most of what the movie does in order to magnify it's flaws when reviewing a movie, you've pretty much negated yourself.

Hey guys, Im only about an hour into the show, but I figured Id comment something now. I think the reason Megatron was so neutered, and no serious threat to Sentinal, in this film is cause he has head trauma and has some kind of mental deficientcy. The Moonbase 2 guys brought it up and I totally understand it and buy it.

 

Ate a bunch of wings so I can listen to this puppy in the restroom.

 

As for those deaths... I just had the feeling from the beginning that this prime has been pushed to his limits, and he has to do the tough things like murder the bad guys... I understand Ironhide... that would have been nice to have mourned.
