I wish the pictures of Shockwave that hit a couple days ago where out when we where recording. One can make some logical guesses on how the head transforms now. .

The story of Vangelus' trip to the toy store made me explode. I embrace Shortnut. He is awesome, what of it?

Ok, this is me putting on my comics geek hat for a minute. In issue 4 of the Transformers mini-series from Marvel, Shockwave appeared and defeated all the Autobots. In the next issue, issue 5 (on-going series that picks up the numbering form the mini) Buster Witwicky goes to the Ark and finds the deactivated Autobots and Prime's decapitated Head. Prime transfers the 'Creation Matrix' to Buster. Apparently this 'Creation Matrix' is what allows Prime to build new Transformers with sentience and is only possessed by the current Autobot Leader. The Decepticons want it to create a new army (though somehow they are able to use Prime's head sans Creation Matrix to create the Constructicons. Maybe there was some residual energy from it inside?) and conquer first earth, then Cybertron. Just thought I should clear that up for you guys.

Maybe Devastator and the Fallen have to do with a double climax in the movie? And so maybe a longer film?
Personally I always inagined Oil Slick sounding like BW Quickstrike but having him be Arnold Schwarzenegger was pure win.
