TWC Central has details on the two episodes after "The Great Divide": Transformers: Robots in Disguise - TV Show, Episode Guide & Schedule Presumably screening June 10 and 17!
Didn't we already have multiple episodes like "get a clue" ? Eh Combiner Force at least has some semblance of a background plot in every episode so it probably won't be too bad. "Out of the shadows" sounds great tho! Wonder which CGI model will be reused to the master lol.
Episode 8: Sounds like Spoiler Strongarm may be the only one to actually see the Decepticon responsible... for a little while though. Episode 9: Okay... WHAT?!!!! Spoiler Wasn't Drift's history explained in a picture book, I mean about him being a Decepticon before becoming an Autobot/bounty hunter? And was his former mentor forcing Slips and Jets to be thieves because when they first came to earth, Slipstream said, and I quote: "Master Drift is a wonderful teacher. He took us from lives of petty thievery and granted us the honor of serving and learning from him." jD001
Yep, it was "Drift's Samurai Showdown" that largely borrowed his backstory from IDW's version. It'll be interesting to see if this new episode contradicts any of it.
Shadow Raker is a really silly name, sounds like an emo teen trying to make some money raking leaves.
That's what I am leaning towards. Especially after Crustacion somehow became Prong with the TV descriptions.
Look forward to seeing these episodes. 'Shadow Raker' is kind of an iffy name, I was personally hoping they'd have Bludgeon be his mentor.
Actualy no, we actualy haven't had an actual episode poking fun at detective stuff, which is surprising considering the series main plot of decepticon criminals on the run!
Perhaps they didn't have the trademark for Shadow Raker so they called him Bludgeon. Or perhaps it's like Titans Return Octane whose name was suddenly changed to Octone upon release. Maybe warrior Bludgeon will become Shadow Raker upon release. The books and comics are non canon unless you want to tell me the Away Team had access to a GroundBridge and Starscream was injured by Predaking whom we can assume he killed. How about Bumblebee not telling Ratchet about Magnus, Arcee, or Bulkhead when asked about meeting other Team Prime Members. Spoiler Shadow Raker probably used Drift, Slipstream, Jetstorm, and Blastwave for thievery. Drift freed Slipstream and Jetstorm from his teaching. Blastwave stayed because he's a good student.
Strongarm as a detective should be interesting. And as to the other episode's title? Totally radical TMNT ripoff man.
Hi all I've noticed something recently when I re watched the first seasons of rid, anybody else think strongarm is like Amy and sideswipe is like Jake from Brooklyn nine nine. They act so alike and strongarms voice actor really sounds like the actress who plays Amy Santiago :-D
Wheeljack in prime was my favourite character along with knockout and I am patiently waiting for there return, in saying that id love to see bulkhead, arcee & smokescreen again. His design in that pic looks spot on for rid. I hope he makes a com back. Seeing how ratchet made a comeback along with optimus and bumblebee with all original voice actors from prime I don't see why he wouldn't be voiced by james. Only time will tell
