Before I read this...HOW reliable is this source, exactly?

 

Something about this doesn't sound right. There wasno mention of any of the Decepticons outside of Megatron.

 

Sounds hokey and slightly possible to happen. I wish it wasn't another artifact on Earth sort of crap, I wanted to see Prime go on a space adventure fighting Quintessons. =P

It's from JoBlo.com, a major news website for movies. They're calling it an exclusive scoop. Not sure where they got their info from. Take it however you want. Just figured it would be worth reporting.

Man, I'm torn.

I'm down for this silly plot; it sounds like my favorite kind of stupid fun.
But this article seems kinda clickbait-y.

I guess we'll find out, lol.

 

And if the artifact is on Earth and has to do with time travel that may be the reason why some dead Transformers may make a return...ijs

I like JoBlo, but for now I'll take this with a huge grain of salt. That being said, if it does become true in final product, it'll probably make sense visually better than in writing.

 

Since theres people that want a reboot, if the time travel is a fact, they could easily use this in order to reboot the franchise, just like how they did with X-Men, which they used time travel to reboot the x-men franchise.

 

Thinking back to the article, it mistakes the opening flashbacks for ROTF, DOTM and AOE for "time travel". Uh, dumbasses at JoBlo - flashbacks and time travel, NOT interchangeable.

 

I'll take this with a grain of salt for now, only cause it sounds like a weird to say the least.

 

Super hesitant to believe this, especially since no source is given.

But this shit is JUST believable enough given what we've already seen in four Transformers films.

 

Finally, everybody's favorite characters, the Mini Dinobots, make their big screen debut!!

 

Maybe the mini-Dinobots are the raptors that were originally supposed to be in AOE. I think I read somewhere that there were going to be more than one Slash before Bay changed his mind and cut the character completely.

 

Were these the same people that reported the leaked tf4 script way way waaaaaay back when? When they were like "the Autobots ride dinosaurs into battle!" and we were like "pfft yeah right"?

 

Well, Transformers have been a part of Earth's history, so the Merlin thing sounds interesting. As long as it's not actual real magic, but alien tech masquerading as magic, it should be okay.

The rest, I'm rather doubtful about.

 

They claim Optimus will find Cybertron, yet it was destroyed at the end of Dark of the Moon. Most likely fake.
