Item number is 367596 if anyone wants to verify. I found this listing yesterday while checking if there were any updates on G2 Menasor and Superion. Was told in the Combiner Wars Appreciation thread that I should post a photo of the computer screen here. Didn't get a chance to do that until today. Sorry that the photo isn't very good quality, my phone's camera just isn't very good.

When I checked the number in a different application that gives more info on the item it lists it with a sale date of May 1, 2016. Although I wouldn't necessarily take that as exactly when it will be released given that he G2 box sets are actually listed with a sale date of January 1, 2016.

A boxset makes perfect sense. It also explains why we haven't heard news of it yet. As I expected they are most likely savin the reveal for NYTF.
I'd expect a better Scattorshot would be packaged wih this this.

I was actually wondering if this is going to end up being a G2 inspired redeco, considering the other box sets except for Victorion, obviously, are G2 decos.

 

Naturally because I caved and bought Scattershot already.  

Seriously, though, happy news. Computron was one of only two complete combiner teams I had as a kid so I'm all in. I just hope we get a decent amount of remolding on most of the figures.

 

I was planning on getting the single voyager scattershot. Seeing this I'm going to wait.

 

Hope to god its the actual G1 team this time around. With Deluxe Groove a thing Hasbro has no fucking excuse.

Nope, I hear they're gonna repaint the Fireflight mould orange and call it Afterburner, like they did with Blast Off. Strafe will be a Powerglide repaint and become the weapon, so a new character, Charlie Delta (a purple repaint of the helicopter mould) will be the new left arm.

Huh. Had no interest in the Scattershot we were getting, but if this set does come to pass I may have to consider it.

 

Ah, very good news. I was really hoping they would surprise us with the limbs in a few months, but this is better.
