    I really do like a good lamb and mint burger though.

    My mother in-laws birthday is the fourth so I'll grill some burgers and either brats or hot dogs with some veggies and my main course will be Vietnamese ribs with dipping sauce.

    Pork and chicken. The family loves this.

    Fish, shrimps, seafood in general. etc.

    I want to try:

    chicken skin, chicken blood, chicken guts.

    I have to learn how to clean it though.

    Also anyone else prefer the simpler salt and pepper seasoning?

    Did some turkey chops, beef and turkey hot dogs, turkey italian sausage and veggies up myself...oh and beef ribs...

    i'm going to sit this one out, other than basic hamburgers and hot dogs, i don't really like grilled food
