^^ That was one of the reasons why I went to disney to see the Osborne lights for the last time and many people who I talked to, said the same thing, see the lights one last time. ^^

When I was there, I had mixed feelings even though I had a blast.

 

It has been 12 years since the last time I've been to Six Flags Georgia, but I heard it went downhill.

So, in that discussion about NBA pulling out of the DisneyQuest thing, someone proposed that there be a Marvel floor, a Pixar floor, a Star Wars floor, and a Disney floor, with that last one having attractions dedicated to Disney's more action-oriented things like Tron.

That would be awesome.

 

Why does it sound like this "Star Wars Land" is being built on the site of the former "River Country" attraction (or very close thereto)

River Country's ruins are at Orlando, Star Wars will be at Anahiem.

Goodbye first Hollywood studios icon. The mickey water tower is going away along with LMA, and the honey I shrunk the kids movie set. (plus the splash fountain. The only place that movie is seen anywhere in the park!)

 

Didn't realize that Starwars would make such an impact on walt disney to get rid of the mickey water tower

I'm heading to Disneyland right now!

 

For the next month or so I'm 10 minutes away from the Six Flags here. I'll be getting a King's Island pass when I get there.

Nope, I have an annual pass so just going for the day. Had a great time!
I do want to have one of those character meals sometime though. We are at that Aria restraint in California adventure once and that was great. No characters at the time though.

 

Yes they are changing the track itself and also changing it to the movie hulk. Marvel asked universal to make the hulk the movie version. (or so I heard)

 

its fun (bit pricey) to have a snap shot with the characters during the meals, but fun

whenever I go to disney I like to get a character meal in, whenever I can get a chance

 

Does Six Lasers Over Cybertron count? If so I might go someday.
