I've got eight guys to buy for, so I'd like to keep it under $40 a piece. All I can find on the internet though is the same barware/corporate gifts/pocket watch stuff that's sold on EVERY website out there (try searching yourself and you'll see what I mean). Anybody seen, heard of, or come up with any cool ideas for groomsmen gifts that are more original than these? Any help would be appreciated.
Do you know the origin of the word "barbarian"? The word comes into English from the Greek barbaros. To the Greeks, the languages of the Celts and other Northern Europeans made a "bar-bar" sound that was unintelligeble to them. While this may seem no more than idle trivia to those of us living today, I can assure you that it is more significant than that. What this means is that the nature of "barbarism" is not to be found in our lifestyle or appearance or personal conduct, but rather in the way we use language. Keep that in mind the next time you touch fingers to keys.

No seriously, in the last wedding I stood up in, the groom gave us all knives. He went out of his way to find ones that fit our personalities and needs. In fact, he did a great job as I carry the one he gave me every day. ToySightings.com

My wife and I did engraved Leatherman multi-tools. Everyone loved them.
I've also seen engraved flasks and the standard fare.
For one wedding, I wound up with a Remington electric razor. |

Im not sure if these type of gift are common since I only been a groomsmen once.
If it was me and since I draw probably give each one them a peice of my art that represted thier personallity. Some sort of abstract style art, something that u can hang that would go with any interio style of the house.
