Agreed. I think it was the pilot of Scorpion in which they said after a certain rate of speed, even an air bag won't save you (which is everyone's crutch it seems when making a safety argument) so once you're going that fast, you're taking your life into your own hands anyway.

Fun or not, there's no reason to be driving that fast in a dangerous car outside of a track.

Or sue the city for not having enough "No Speeding" signs on that street, or for actually putting a pole there for the car to hit.

    :rolleyes2

Clearly the traffic collision experts don't know what they were talking about.

I was being sarcastic, but yeah, the ECU should record it. Though I don't recall if anyone ever attempted to extrapolate that data nor if the ECU was even intact.

I'll call it for what it is, dumb spoiled rich bitch.

Has no mind of her own and is apparently a moron and showing it as well.

If she had no money this would not be news.

I got fucked for real by a company and just the retainer after talking to 3 lawyers would have required me to drop 20k to start.

Long story short this is a dumbass lawsuit brought on by a dumbass who sadly has money...............

I blame the lawyers. Either they convinced the daughter to sue, or they failed to talk her out of it. Either way, they saw $$$.
