It was raining yesterday, so no ski. Snowed during the night, so I skied 15K this morning in 2-3 inches of fresh snow. Pretty tough.

I did a pair of custom exercises. They don't have names because I made them up. I've been doing them for quite a while.

    11 sets each = 22 sets total

12 sets of calves [3 exercises]
12 sets of upper back [4 exercises]

I did this last night also. I'm hopeful that this could be my new routine. 24 sets per night working 2 areas.

No way my old ass can stay on previous routine. Major soreness, pretty much 24/7/365. I want to feel a little fresh here and there.

Very happy to be able to get back on my Summer power walking routine. College sucks. :(

    12 sets of shoulders
    12 sets of legs

I guess. Kind of lost my count because all 3 of the AAA batteries I brought died.

Speaking of which, getting a little sick of Gold's. It's too hot in there and I'm tired of
their crappy music and $4 stereo systems. Trying to raise the money to sign up at the YMCA....

    Thanks. I needed that.

No problem. My workout from yesterday was just blah so today I was worried but I was in top condition today. So today could have been an off day but because I sucked it up I have a new 60 minutes (treadmill) record!

Yeah, I didn't get to do anything yesterday because I went to a family gathering. But I didn't "really" feel like doing anything tonight. The hardest part is getting your ass out the door. It gets easier from there. :]

    I'm still at 183 lbs.

    Chest 12 sets (5 exercises)
    Obliques 12 sets (2 exercises)

I cannot do my entire midsection in 12 sets. Nor can I get to my inner chest. Those will have to be done on a separate day.
