News Credits: 2 | Sacramento Kings moving to Seattle Just saw the news/rumor this morning. As a Seattle native, I'm very happy to hear the Sonics may be coming back. On the other hand, I feel bad for the fans of the Kings. As many of you know, we were in a similar situation when our team was taken from us and moved to OKC. I hope the news is true and we get another team back. Future Thunder vs Sonics games are gonna be crazy! Go Sonics! Go Seahawks! ![]() |

As a Sacramentan, I hope this doesn't happen. Not from a sports perspective because I hate sports and couldn't care less, but from an economic perspective Sacramento has had taken a lot of hits employment wise recently. Losing the Kings would put so many more people out of work and that's the last thing we need right now. Quote:

I'd like to see them come back. Will the team definitely be renamed? Or would they be the Seattle Kings or something. That doesn't sound as catchy. |

Shawn Kemp, Gary Payton, Hersey Hawkins, Detlef Shrempf, etc. etc. - they had a pretty good team. Haha, I even bought Kemp's brand of shoe! It was "The Kamikaze". |
