Wondering what collectors would love to collect other than tfs that just cannot, be it due to lack of funds or lack of space. For example i only really collect tfs but i would love to collect macross and kamen rider stuff as well but lack of funds and space prevents it.

Macross figures. I don't know much bout Macross, but the figures look awesome. Also, third party TF items. The only one I have is Defender, and he's awesome, but I can't afford to collect lots of them.

GamesWorkshop stuff. My friend introduced me to Warhammer 40K and I fell in love with the Tyranids, but I find 40K lore to be quite meh. The cost is also just too much for me if I wanted to build a huge Tyranid swarm

Old cameras. I see them all the time at car boot sales, including some really cool ones from like fifty years ago, but I don't have the space or spare funds to start collecting them. I don't even have an interest in photography, I just think they're cool-looking bits of design.

Macross- They look so beautiful on display
GiJoes- I tried but the wife doesn't condone it. The vehicles take so much space.
Sand- Not the tiny bottled ones tourists collect but actual sand I pick up and collect myself from the beach. I have a lot from when it was just me and the wife. Right now I want red sand from Hawaii but can't afford it.
Guns- but I have kids so I'll forget about it.

Every 80s toy I grew up with and ones I wanted

Every tin robot since the 40s (I do have a couple repros so I guess I am slowly collecting but cannot afford or see paying hundreds for the more intricate ones).

GM muscle cars from the 60s

    High end guitar gear

*Cars I always loved as a kid (DeLorean DMC-12, '68 Fastback Mustang, a Ferrari like the one in Magnum P.I., Porsche 911).
    *Expensive coats and suits.
*Shoes. I'd have Gucci shoes, among other more expensive brands.

Mugenbine: Shit gets expensive real quick.
Kamen Rider stuff: I did try to collect them a few years back, but I've had to limit myself to a few KR buys a year. Hardly qualifies as "Collecting" now.
Monster Arts: I would love to own them. But I just can't afford it.

Comics. I keep myself limited to Batman specific titles because it interests me the most, but I wish I could have kept reading Swamp Thing, Deathstoke, etc.

LEGOS. Absolutely LEGOS. I just bought the Star Wars Landspeeder today actually, but I know it's a very limited thing.

I'd say updated toys from my childhood.

Like the NECA Ninja Turtles or Mattel Ghostbusters.

Or a few MG Wing Gundam kits (namely Deathscythe, Heavyarms, and Nataku).

Soul Of Chogokin Big O is another figure (can run upwards of $300).

    Batman

It's not that I can't justify spending the money to start a new collection, it's that the scope of Batman is just too vast and I wouldn't know where to even begin.
