He was diagnosed with it early this week. The doctors caught it in an early stage and he's at a rehab center now that is set up for treatment. Could you keep my family in your prayers? EDIT: It turns out that it wasn't Leukemia. It's actually Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. It still was caught in an early stage, though.
Thank goodness they caught it early. I don't pray, but I'll definitely think positive thoughts for him. Stay strong, man.
Thank goodness they caught it in the early stage and are starting him on treatment pronto. I'll be keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers.
It's gone downhill fast... whenever he's able to speak, he keeps saying that he doesn't want chemo or assisted living. He's said he's ready to go and he doesn't want machines keeping him alive. The doctors don't eve know if he'll ever be well enough to start chemo if he wanted it. My grandma is taking it hard, they've been married for 55+ years.
Is the Chemo helping him? How long has he been in the Hospital? Has he been suffering from Depression?
1) Doesn't want chemo. 2) About 3 weeks, I'm guessing. 3) I haven't heard, he's probably not awake enough to know. He says he ready to go and he doesn't want to fight anymore.
Guys... he died this morning. I'm glad that it went quick and he didn't have to suffer. That would not have been good for him or my grandma if it was drawn out. Please continue to pray for family members for peace?
