He wants the world to either be fair when I get something, or to be unfair in his favor, and takes it upon himself to carry out this mission.
Which is why when I get a new toy, I never tell him when I got it. I always lie and say "A few weeks ago". Unverifiable, and always foolproof.

I have no use for them and probably never will. They consider me the black sheep of the family and figured I'd be addicted to crack by 20. I don't know why, I only ever smoked pot, meanwhile it was my parents and brothers growing it, so where do they think I learned it from? Probably one of the reasons I moved halfway across the country to start my own life. Now I am making more money than any of them, and I am the only one with a successful marriage (so far, you can never tell the future). Not to mention I am happy, while my oldest brother has had numerous operations for stomach ulcers. So I "bite my thumb" at my brothers, they were wrong.
Are you going to do something about it? Or are you just going to stand there and bleed?
