Christmas paper cutting dies, Jingle Bells, ho ho ho! Some new blouses, skin care products and a new shawl/wrap for fall/winter. Groceries too. First time I've been shopping since I broke my leg... I went a little crazy!!
Design Toscano Abraham Lincoln Memorial Bonded Marble Resin Statue I had $60 in earned store credit that I built up over the past few months so this was free (with shipping included) for me. Why an Abe Lincoln Memorial statue, you ask? Because in both G1 and DOTM, Megatron seemed to have a thing against good ol' Honest Abe and kept stealing his chair/throne. Gonna pose both X-TB Apollyon and my custom DOTM Leader class Megatron with it (though G1 Megatron was much more respectful to the 16th American President, taking the time to pick up and gently set aside Abe while DOTM Megs blew up Abe with his hobo shotgun ).
Surface charger arrived early (Thank you Amazon Prime ) Decaf pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks which tasted meh in my opinion. Also paid for a nice hair cut and dinner before I got home.
New handlebar grips for one of my bikes and a small backpack which I bought for 50 cents at local bazaar.
Went to the Ottawa Record Show yesterday to feed my other addiction. I went with a list of hip-hop bands I'd been looking for for some time, but of course, ended up falling into my heavy metal ways. Oh well, glad I got today off so I can sit here, sip coffee, and crank the tunes as loud as is possible without waking up the whole house.
