Gordon is a good player, but he is terrible defensively. This also helps the young players(Rose, Noah, Thomas, Rookies) to be better scoring forces and an overall better team. I look for the Bulls may be a free agent factor next offseason. I'd like to see the Bulls get Amare Stoudamire.
On the other hand, Cavs still won't be a championship team. Lakers will be good again, but won't win the championship. Rockets will be much worse now that Artest is gone and Yao is injured...again. Pistons still suck. Since Portland is my 2nd favorite team, I hope the Trail Blazers will be a top team if they get the right pieces. YOU'VE GOT THE TOUCH, YOU'VE GOT THE POWER |

But being a Bulls fan I would like for them to either make a push for Shawn Marion or Amare Stoudamire but keep some money left for next year when D-Wade becomes a free agent and bring him home back to Chi-Town. It would be great to have D-Wade and Rose in the backcourt with Deng/Stoudamire/Noah in the front court |

Even if Artest has lost a step or two he's still way better than Ariza. Ariza was a journeyman prior to joining Lakers and there's no evidence that he will put up All Stars numbers one day. He's very good in a triangle offense and but remains to be seen if he can fill Artest's shoes in Houston. With Artest Lakers got tougher defensively and add another vet who knows how to create his own shots, shots well beyond the arc, and can clamp down on opposing team's best player. Along with Kobe Lakers may have the best defensive duo in Basketball. With 2 straight Finals appearance Lakers ought to be tired and worn out now but with Artest hungry for a title the Lakers will have the motivation to repeat as champions.

I'm big Wade fan, and he needs more help too on that Heat team. Stoudamire to the Heat would be better.
