Did the Yankees buy a 2009 World Series?
Did J.C. Romero really get the short end of the stick, or is he a dipshit cheater?
Does anyone really care where Jason Giambi plays next year?
Tampa Bay = fluke?
Will the Rockies ever not suck?

DISCUSS!

Hopefully the Dodgers sign Manny and move onto getting whatever pitching is left. If Torre can somehow convince Pettitte not to wait for the Yankees, that would be awesome.

Wow, the Rays picked up Pat the Bat Burrell yesterday. I think it's a great move for them.

I just hope Carlos Quentin doesn't do another bone headed self inflicted injury.

And as for the Yankess buying out the World Series? If you had the money wouldn't you?

According to the ratings, people don't watch the NBA either.

We're going to miss him here. Losing J.C. Romero for 50 games is going to hurt big time.

Kickback starts the thread without a mention on how Jason Marquis will lead the Rockies to the World Series?

I'm a little frustrated that the sox continue to do nothing to get some more proven starters into the rotation! White sox, that is!

Give them time. The offseason is a little different this year, in that most teams are waiting for the top tier players to get signed before the rest of the signings and trades start to happen. With signings like Bradley and Burrell this week, the hitters market should start to pick up soon as they've set the going rate.
