I left that to study more practical Martial Arts such as:
Savate (French Kickboxing)
Jeet Kune Do
Knife & Stick Fighting
Grappling
Muay Thai
I would say the disciplines listed above are ALOT more practical and extremely intense for conditioning compared to traditional forms of Martial Arts such as Karate.
I don't think any 1 Martial Art is better than another, but combining styles (Mixed Martial Arts) is the way to go, to becoming a better fighter. You got to take what works for you and comes naturally. TIL ALL ARE ONE

Hopefully they will tell me were I can train it. I always liked to try MMA and I have some Judo background, and got even more curious after seing a documentary. They have pretty mean submissions there. | |
