thanx for the concern guys. I've been living in "the rough part of town" for the last 5 years ( only 1/2 block from my old place) so i've become a bit de-sensitized to the whole murder/gunshot/drug thing. i was more pissed off that the cops woke me up tackling the suspect upstairs.

living with two girls, we always lock the deadbolts anyway, so i'm not very worried about anyone getting in OUR appartment.

i look out my door and i see hookers (very old and ugly, or just maybe to worn old by smoking and drinking) everynight, i hear gunshots 4 days a week, and screems down the street more often than i should. it's just something you get used to and you don't worry about it.

I'm more scared now that some crazy drunk ghost is going to stick around

There's no way that he could shuffle from his chair to the front door, unlock the dead bolt, and swing it open to see the killer as he ran down the stairs like he claims! He was just an old man with a limp onesock! And that lady with the glasses, don't EVEN get me started on her...
Bought a knife just like the evidence exhibit at the pawn shop down 2 blocks from the scene btw!

Now that I've got 12 Angry Men out of my system...

Damn dude, that's crazy, it'd probably get me paranoid enough to add a couple locks on the door just in case... Still makes you wonder, if you didn't hear anything, how the hell did it happen?

Not to freak you out, but a woman I was seeing a couple of years ago told me this creepy story…
She bought an apartment building and lived in one of the apartments. Soon after she settled in, she started witnessing some weird stuff. The lights, faucets and stove elements went on and off by themselves. After a few weeks of this, she asked around to see what actually happened in that place. Turns out a girl was murdered in her living room a few years ago. She decided to remove the living room carpet and saw the girl's silhouette in old darkened blood. Needless to say, she sold the place and ran the hell out of there!

Sleep tight!

But do they live upstairs from you, and do they think you've seen them before?
