What do you do to cheer up when you're down?

I'm feeling really really down right now...i've just had a shitacular week-two weeks...the first two weeks in October always really suck for me for various reasons...Two years ago, it was my girlfriend at that time (also the first real girlfriend I had ever had) cheating on me...me catching her and confronting her, denying it and dumping me just a few days before my birthday...the moment October started this year, i've lost my fucking debit card after going out to eat...so i'm 1k+ miles away from home at college with no access to my savings...my account was with a small bank back home, so I had to jump through a lot of hoops just to get them to send a new card...which I may be unable to pin until I go home in winter...to top things off things are getting really sour with my current girlfriend...

I love this girl to death, despite the fact her Mom has constantly tried to sabotage our relationship, even before she ever met me...she constantly speaks ill of me, and calls me a retard...supposedly retards come only in one body shape...mine >.>; The less said about her the better...it's like dealing with a mother-in-law you can't stand without even being married...now my girlfriend has taken a change for the worse...I can't really blame her though, because she's really stressed right now...paying her own way through college, stuck at home with a psycho bitch of a Mom, work is tough on her, and at the moment she's been hit with really bad finance charges on her card...

Just the last few nights she's been getting sort of bi-polar...she'll want me, and need me...then she'll turn cold on me...I've got my own dedications, such as school...like needing to get my paper done last night...instead of her being understanding she got crazy on me....my school work is important, and indirectly i'm doing it for her...because if we end up getting married one day, I need to have a good job...and doing well in college is necessary for that...especially as an animator...

She accused me of cheating on her, because I needed to get my work done...she asked if I had a girl on the side, because I chose to do my work rather than spend my time being intimate with her...I have a fucking deadline on a paper, and my grades are important...I'm about to graduate in a year after all...she asked why I would choose to do my work, over time with her...she went as far as to say, she wouldn't blame me if I did -_-;

I just can't understand what's possessed her, and it scares me...though now you understand me and what i'm going through...anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to blow some steam off...I'm getting together with a group to watch Heroes, going out tomorrow after class to pick up last weeks comics, and going to see if I can find some gym time in there...nothing like a good sweat to cleanse the mind...though, what suggestions do you all have? My birthday is Wednesday, and despite not being a drinker...if I had the cash or access to my account...I might be a little inebriated or at least a tiny buzz

Well, I play "Good or Don't Be" or "Komm Susser Tod" from Evangelion on the piano when I'm down, I used to be a cutter, but in positive ways, I just listen to my favorite songs

the answer to this is to hack into the pentagon, almost cause ww3, and just sit and watch as they run around and panic.

I usually play Half Life 2 Deathmatch. For some reason that game just makes me smile and cheers me up to no end.

In the past I'd just spend time drawing or painting, just trying to keep busy and be creative. As of late I've gotten into models as well as repainting Transformers. Thanks to Jin's painting guide I can repaint Tfs a lot better than I could have ever dreamed and this relaxes me and kills time to no end.
