Anyone else besides me and alphie take any form of self defense? I'm just curious, I always enjoy hearing about other forms and stuff. I'm in Kenpo Karate and a first degree brown studying towards my black and wow is it consuming.
Anyone else, eh yes?

Right now I'm working on learning to green belt so I can test on what level I am at in this new school. Tough work and I'm having to gain respect of these instructors at the same time. So, right now I"m only a white belt, but hopefully in a few months I can test to see which belt I am at.
Other art forms I trained in was Olympic Taekwondo and a form of ancient Okinawan Karate. Instructor's instructor trained in Japan for several years under one of the masters. Shame the school had to change.

Anyone else, eh yes? | I took the same thing and was on the verge of getting my black belt before I dropped out. I had too much to do. It was good while it lasted. But Im a little rusty on most forms by now. | |

We have no belts, so I can only say that I have been at it for about five years. I also have 1 year's worth of Karate. I have to say, I do prefer a softer style like Kung Fu over a hard style like Karate. Grammatically Editing Art since 2000! | |

He lived in Japan for 15 years and he was married to one of my best friends mom. I got to learn Judo,Jujitsu,Aiki-Jujitsu and ShinKenDo. Fun stuff. I need to practice more.
