I can remember some of it but most is lost to the mists of time. When I get back into shape I may well take up another one, just as something cool to do to keep fit.

When they split - I stopped getting to go to the lessons.
Before that I took Taekwondo like every other person in the world and got to...I think blue belt with stripes before some different sort of drama made me have to stop.
