Mostly, people on the third shift just get high and get into trouble. I'm not saying that's what you should do, I'm just relating what I've seen others in your situation do.
I did sudoku and raided the kitchen, mostly.

-Have a doorbell sound effect on your cellphone, and play it over the intercom everytime someone walks through the door. Then play some crazy messed up yodeling phone tunes to drive them crazy once inside. Just keep a straight face when they look at you.
-You can also play small fisher proce toys that make 'boing' sounds over the intercom, but only to the customers footsteps. Keep a good rythm and they'll think they're walking on rubber
-Just say "Olah" too everyone
-Whenever a chick walks out turn to everyone and say "That was my wife"
Why, i dunno
- Have someone tell the customers you all have a giant sliding board in the back now, and hide the back while yelling "wheeeeeeeeeeeee" loudly.
-Tell them your hotel sucks, and they're better off going other places.
-There's a cheesy elevator music version of "Cheers' ringtone out. Ask people their names, then when they walk away play that themesong over the intercom.
I should've just names this post 'fun with intercoms'
Just buy a DS/psp/remote control car
