the start felt like it had been neutered for thew most part and they just added in 10 seconds of footage for the explanation of how thy got back. but it was a good tradeoff with a good mix of politics/talk and action. i liked the acadamy references, the brother ones and the jellybeans . am i the only one who thinks that tose spheres are actally connected to the timewar or gallifrey in particlar. and i have a extreme dislike for marthas mother now, at least jackie only got the doctor and rose escorted in a limo and didn't get her family taken away in an animal control van. |

TIME LORDS! IN CEREMONIAL DRESS! ON GALLIFREY!
Ok, now that I've watched it, I have to say that it was one of the series highlights.
The Master was winning on every front and has anticipated every move of The Doctor.
The did give an explanation as to how he's up and about, and the talk between The Master and The Doctor was excellent, also they mentioned how The Master has been hiding on Earth all this time.
Although he did seem to act a bit over the top, John Simm did portray The Master very well. I am curious about his wife though.
I am curious about the sphere's though. Who are they?
And I laughed when I saw the ship. Very SHEILD/Captain Scarlet.
Nice handling of Jack working for Torchwood.
Slightly annoyed that I will have to wait longer in seeing the finalle (what with being at Botcon) but if it's anything like this episode it'll be worth the wait. Quote: Chaos was the law of nature; order was the dream of man.

First thing he could have done is went to where his TARDIS was left, materialised The Doctors one round it, then whisked them both off to Earth. Quote: Chaos was the law of nature; order was the dream of man.
