So i got my results yesterday. Got myself a 2.2.
A little background, I do a Masters of Engineering in Cybernetics (just finishing my 3rd year of 4). A 1st is over 70%, a 2.1 is over 60% a 2.2 is over 50% a 3rd is over 40%.
I thought the exams went terribly, absolutely awfully. So hearing a 2.2 yesterday made me happy. Went in today to get my breakdown, turns out they fucked up, I actually got 65% overall and got a 2.1. I am incredibly pleased with this, and means i am well on for a 2.1 next year, which would please me greatly.
I was also happy to find that in the two exams I thought went terribly, no-one got a 1st, which I find both sad and hilarious, and indeed pleasing, hehehe.
So yeah, pleased with my results this year. How'd all you exam takers do this year? Well, I hope  ...

Reminds me of my Maths GCSE.
Got a D grade three times, they kept making me retake it. Eventually my teacher and I saw the breakdown. Examination result: 91%, Coursework result: (Not submitted).
Erm. Where's my coursework result gone? Turns out my old teacher had never submitted my coursework as it was stolen along with his briefcase and car. They let me carry on with the D, the first student not required to have a C or above grade.
With hindsight I should have kicked up an immense fuss and had my coursework redone.  | |
