So I won an auction on April 11th and paid on the 12th. I emailed the seller on the 28th and 29th since I haven't received anything yet, and go no response. I got the item yesterday, postmarked on the 27th. I left neutral feedback, and he left me negative saying that I paid late, and didn't communicate

I adree that feedback sucks...there's really no point in leaving negative feedback unless you want to get negative feedback. Dinobots, Destroy Devestator!

It was only watchable to a certain point. I told the seller and said that it was simply my player and not the disc. Keep in mind my dvd player was virtually brand new at the time and I've never had a problem with any other disc. I asked for a refund and he basically refused stating he tested it and it worked fine. I left negative feedback saying seller sold bad disc and refused refund. He left me neg saying disc was good I have a bad player. Right, like he knows what kind of player I have and it's condition. | |

It even says that I paid on the 12th, and the ebay people can check that.
