We love books...

Now that I'm moving into a place with my other half, we've combined all our books and put them into one room... sorry about the poop pic, its a quickie taken on a camera phone, (if anyones interested I can post better pics later)



There are three shelves totalling 3 metres long and over 2 metres tall, and there's another identical shelf directly behind where the picture was taken.

The top row is paperback fiction and manga. The next two rows are graphic novels and Japanese books (with a 14 inch superposable Superman Returns trying to keep them from crushing Kotobukiya Slave Leia over on the top left ).

Then the next two rows are reference books, with loads of subcatagories, and the bottom shelf (which is mostly out of shot, but the top left is just visible) is another shelf filled with more reference, but these are mostly hefty encyclopedias.

And the books are only around two thirds up, we still have archive boxes filled with books still to go up.

So yeah. We like books. Can you tell?

I tell lies. The top row is classics, then Mr Men, then Manga. The next row is fiction, paper and hard back. Poop.

Forget a bookstore, that's a library. Very, very cool, tikgnat. I hope your floors are strong! I'm always surprised at just how heavy books can be when you get a bunch of them together.
