I remember on a trip to the Dominican Republic we saw many things, include 4 people riding on a motorbike, without helmets. Most things that we did there would not be allowed in Canada due to safely laws, but in places like that they rely on personal judgment.
For instance we went on a daytrip in the back of a truck, (no seatbelts, no helmets) on our way to a mountain that had waterfalls that you can slide down, (no life jackets) and ended up having a great time. If I felt that my life was in danger at anytime I will decide not to do it.
They have to stop making laws to control everything....  | |
