Some how or other I've done some minor damage to my back which now hurts all over, across my shoulder blades and down my spine. It also seems to have fucked up something in my chest, or something there is conincidently buggered. I've been to the Doctor and he basically just advised pain killers but that kinda sucks. It's just a low level annoyance that comes and goes so I'm hoping people might have some sort of alternative methods for dealing with it.
