Great night of basketball on ESPN.

Terrific win for my Lakers. As long as they're competitive in games then I'm good. And my boy Kobe is letting those shots fly this year.

Raptors beat an undermanned but still solid Grizzlies team last night!
    2015 NBA Finals preview?
    :lol

The Vince Carter Tribute was cool too. Even though the crowd response was generally positive, a lot people are still bitter and booed, while another reaction was they should've waited til he retired instead of us basically "cheering for an opposing player" (which I can also see that pov), my take: get over it. I was a VC super-fan back in the day (had posters, magazines, cards, jerseys, shoes, you name it) so you can imagine how bitter I was when things went down in flames when he got traded. But guess what? Life goes on and I got over it. And so can you, Raptors fans!

Kevin Love doesn't look good in this role with the Cavs. If this continues I could definitely see him bolting after this season.

Oh and c'mon Lakers! 140 points?!? Play some D. Also, I know Kobe has never had the best fg% but he really doesn't give a f#%k this season.

Good, then we can bring him back to MN but at a reduced salary lol. Like that would ever happen.

They've dug themselves a mighty impressive hole thanks to the injuries, but Russell Westbrook is making me believe the Thunder can claw their way back, especially with a weaker schedule coming up. 32 points, 8 assists, 7 rebounds in 24 minutes. Yikes.

What a turd of performance by my Lakers. Up by 8 with 3 minutes to go and you can't close out a game against the Timberwolves? 3-13? YIKES!!!

I guess as long as the games are close and competitive I can't really complain but this loss really stings. And now they get the # 1 seed Raptors next..........yeah.

It'll be tough but they'll make it in as the 8 seed. Out of all the teams currently in the playoffs, the Kings are most likely not gonna make it. This is all of course dependent on KD coming back in time.

Eeesh. Any reason why the Hornets are so awful this season? They did make the playoffs last year.

Oh yeah, The Black Mamba with a Sunday night triple double.

    31 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists.

Great win even if the Raptors were missing Derozan.

Hey man, don't rub it in. You do know we didn't have Kmart playing right? Anyways, yeah the Wolves are bad. Glad I was able to see some great wins in person last season cuz we ain't gonna be winning to many more this year.

    Raptors still rolling!!
Sure they lost to the Kobe + the refs Sunday night, but it looks like that win might've actually been good for them. Kyle Lowry and the boys have a newfound chemistry without DD...especially Lowry! Dude straight killed it in the back-to-back wins:
@Sac - 27pts, 13 ast, with a clutch shot to seal the deal
    @Uta - 39 (career high), 5 reb, 4 ast
I know it's way early in the season, but if all this keeps up he's definitely a legit MVP candidate.

And dang, Sixers! Was looking forward to seeing some new records from you guys, but Wolves had to spoil that.

I'm with ya. With the way that organization has run the team over the last couple of years, they were fully deserving of having every shameful NBA record ever. Unfortunately they were able to escape the record for losing streak and worst start.

As bad as the 76ers are, the most depressing team in the NBA is the Charlotte Hornets. For a team that made the playoffs and had expectations this year, what a pathetic start. I guess the Pacers knew something we all didn't.

I am hating the Knicks more then ever right now. That franchise is beyond cursed.

Carmelo is an overhyped turd. The only thing that guy can do is score. He is no Jordon, Kobe and Lebron. What he needs to win, is a leader, because he isn't one. Not by a long shot.

The worst part of the whole thing is that he will fuck with a leader, by always demanding the ball.

The NBA and basketball at the moment is a shit, bs sport. Why? Because there is only one team that I can think of, where the coach comes first. That is the good old boring Spurs.

The rest of the NBA is based around these premodonna players, and how they try to control who is the coach or not. The problem is, this is the whole NBA.

Instead on focusing on how to build a good team, with a great coach, they focus in on how to make 1 or 2 players happy. Like that ever worked.

Hence, I am fucking sick and tired of the NBA. Bullshit organization. I rather watch college basketball. Better yet, I rather watch a And1 mix tape. At least those guys entertain.

And how actually would you build the Sixers? We had a roster of Andre Iguodala, Thaddeus Young, Andre Miller, Samuel Dalembert and Louis Williams and had a record of 41-41 for a few years and lost in first round of the playoffs as an eight seed. I really don't like losing games like this. I really sucks, heck I got a call today from the Sixers asking for me to purchase tickets. :lol
