So I took the textures to Optimus Prime and made the red purple and, tada! Shattered Glass Prime. The Amazon DVD Exclusive popped into my head tonight as an idea so I did him as well.

The Optimus Prime model/textures were made originally by RazzieMbessai on deviantArt ( RazzieMbessai on deviantART ). All I did was change the colors XD.

Pencils/Inks and Flats were all done by me. I've personally finished up the colours for the vehiclemode, but Josh Burcham surprised me by handing over some very nifty shades on the botmode. :)

Bio
Foresight is a former civil air traffic controller who was quickly enlisted by the Autobots as a radar tracker when the Decepticons gained air superiority. His main job consists of directing flight capable Autobots to targets and watching for Decepticon activity. He often teams up with Cosmos in order to increase their combined tracking efficiency. The problem with Foresight is that when he has detected a threat he becomes anxious to fight. One reason is he knows there's something out there to fight, the other is that he is always assigned sentry duty to observe from a distance and cover his allies. Millions of years of air traffic monitoring put Foresight under great mental strain. He therefore wishes the war to end fast so he can finally get some extra offline time. Also, Foresight tends to bring too much stuff with him “because it just might be needed and you should be prepared for anything”.

Strengths
At max altitude, subject is capable of detecting and keeping track of all airborne objects in a 3.500 km radius. Without atmospheric disturbance, this range is increased significantly. Subject is a skilled swordfighter who uses his radar dish as a shield in melee combat. However, he only has flares for defense in air to air combat. Maximum speed is 859 km/h. Engine pods can be used to hover in robot mode or to generate strong blasts of air that can knock over a train.

Weaknesses
Subject can get overanxious to get into battle and focus on one target, overlooking potential other threats. In contrast, keeping track of multiple targets reduces his concentration and accuracy in direct combat. Additionally, subject can only fight at close combat in robotic form. Post-combat, radar dish is prone to functional breakdowns.

I really liked the Soundwave from Animated. And I really like Soundwave from ROTF. So...why not... So. I really liked the Soundwave from Animated. And I really like Soundwave from ROTF. So...why not get the best of both worlds?

I'd been fooling around with the idea since I saw Soundwave in animated, but I think this time it came out very well. Behind his rear windsheild/equalizer screen is the Movie chest with the glowing orbs, and the Decepticon emblem is based off the one from the ROTF menu. The "buttons" on his chest are merely armor panels arranged in a clever way to emulate the look (because..buttons on a giant robot..that's kinda silly xD)

He still transforms into the pimped out xB, and his windshield will fold down so he can shoot asteroid-Ravage out of his chest still. I acutally put the Movie Soundwave head on the body, then added vents and fins to make it more like its Animated counterpart.

Oh, and the background? Well...maybe...Soundwave decided Christmas was a good time to land?

So, I've been gone for a while now (some of you may remember me from my Animated art--check the link in my sig), but I'm back--with a vengeance! :D I've been mulling over the idea (for a while now) of making a comic (fan only, of course--not for sale) starring both select G1 characters as well as my own new characters and set in the G1 universe on Cybertron. In preparation, I decided that in light of the fact that the canon is all over the board now with designs and back stories, I would make my own new set of cybertron mode designs for the G1 characters that I want to cameo. So for the next couple weeks both here, and on my DeviantArt, I will be posting some familiar G1 heroes and villians done up in designs slightly different from their 80's show versions with the main difference being a lack of undeniable Earth vehicle parts. Now that the explanation is over with, first up happens to be my favorite Decepticon--Skywarp. You'll notice that the coloring style I'm going with is based on the 80's Japanese comic art (Magamiban, etc.). Hope you all like.

After looking at the original G1 toy, I roughed out his proportions based off the G1 show, and Delta Star liked it enough that I modeled the robot mode based off of it. The jet mode was asked to look more modern and sleeker. I think it came out good as well. The face is textured on, as the actual figure will have a sticker for it, due to the size.

Crackleback is a crazy scorpion, Huntsman a model soldier, er Huntsman Spider (couldn't think of a better name!) and Spindle is a scientific Funnelweb spider.

I'm currently working on two others, a paranoid bird-eating spider called Hazmat and a psycopath trapdoor spider called Undercut. I'll post their pics here when I finish them (probably tomorrow or Monday)- DONE THEM!!!

Also included a Wind Scorpion Arachnicon named Crunchand a Tick named Parasite. A Whip Scorpion named Livewire are to follow in the next few days.


I've put them here in '2D artwork', even though they include renders of 3D models......If the mods see fit to move them, then so be it.................2.5D artwork???
