not much of a custom rather than mixing peices from differnt figures, much like my previous thread mixing-pieces-more movie accurate bumblebee & ironhide

this time its ratchet. i always thought it sucked that no ratchet figure other than the ROTF deluxe figure had his gun. unfortunately, no 3rd party group has created a version of it either   anyway, there's a bit of a way to solve it. take the gun of the rotf ratchet, flip out the axe of a voyager ratchet. you keep it closed while out and fit the notched part of the gun in it. make sure the axe is snapped closed on the top notch and boom. it isnt great and not quite proportionate but it actually still looks cool. below are some pics. give it a shot and upload your own pics.
