okey. this is my first mod post.
1. first you unscrew the head screw
2. you separate the head and take the hand out
3.flip the hand so it looks like its grabbing the lower jaw,with the thumb being closer to the throat
4.close it up,and screw it together
it should look like the dino head is actually holding the sword. now in order to have it close for dino mode, you have to open the jaw all the way to fold the hand in.
