okey,i managed to buy a foc roadbuster that is missing the shoulder piece. i want to make a few pieces to replace the wheels, but i'm having trouble deciding what.it needs to remain a wrecker character, but i'll accept other ideas for the replacement pieces.
1.two treads that separate when converting to robot
2.four treads, one on each limb
    3.four hover engines
    4.four wings and two engines
    5.spikes
if you know the wrecker's name, post it with the piece suggested.thanks

I don't quite follow what you're asking. Are you asking who the Wreckers are? Because a wiki link can provide that.

oops,i guess my choice of words isn't very good. i meant i want suggestions on who to turn it into. i already have a roadbuster,so i wanted to make a different wrecker from the shoulderless one.i am making shoulder replacement pieces for shapeways, but i cannot decide on the vehicle style or the wrecker to go with.one example i wanted to go with was making guzzle by having the split apart treads. sorry for the confusion.

    Okay, now I follow.

I wouldn't choose this mold for Guzzle. It's too big. Ironfist is a decent choice. Yeah looking over the Wrecker list in IDW Ironfist seems to be the best choice. I suppose you could make a Bulkhead out of the mold as well.

do you mean the mold or guzzle himself? because i always see huge customs of guzzle and i could just make the treads more arm-focused to match.

The mold. Guzzle is a small guy; Swerve sized.

    huh.learn something every day.
i just went over the list as well, iron fist is definitely the most fitting for the mold. i might go with it if i can't get the fisitron repaint.

would it be bad if i put treads for the front, or should i just try to make wheels with 5mm peg slots.

If you want to put treads on it why not just make an original character. Then it can be what ever you want.

i've been thinking, and that is what i'll do.

my most recent idea is making him the treads, but with a giant spike covering the upper halve of each tread.then i'll attempt to make a mechtech spike shooter that turns into a turret.it might take a while, but i'll do it.

    he'll still need a name,though.

It's a mushroom cap and the head is glued together. If you use hot water you may be able to separate the two halves but I couldn't . I wound up just cutting the head off and warping the plastic of the figure with the water.

I like the headsculpt of the FOC Roadbuster and looking to maybe plug it on a Fansproject Revolver. Do you think its possible to stuff a polycap into the head to accomodate a balljoint?

And, if you want to let go that head let me know. :)

I've never used a poly cap so I'm not sure but I don't see why not. And it was the head I needed. The body is sitting in my parts box.
