Masterpiece Kill-o-watt is a fan-created character. One of Starscream's least loyal seekers, Kill-o-watt is more of an independent warrior. He strikes as quickly as he disappears into thin air. Killowatt's power feeds off electrical fields. He has the ability to travel through electrical conduits (such as power lines or telephone lines) and can quickly travel through devices such as televisions, electrical poles & computers.
