He started as a Masterpiece Skywarp (TRU exclusive) I base coated with a great metallic red from Testors (enamel, in rattle can - but decanted it for the air brush) proceeded to add the flame camo/pattern to him. Hellstorm also has 2 super bright LED lights in his chest (cockpit) and eyes that run to a switch and power source in the cockpit.
