That's quite obvious! But regardless, no different than a 3rd party maker which I think this could be nicely done by FansProject.
There is no possible way anyone could produce that without taking a financial nose dive. Fort Max is already expensive and massive enough as it is. A third party could not possibly produce this without charging the price of a small car and your first born. And yes, while a few manchildren (face it, you're waaay beyond enthusiast at this point) would spend that kind of cash on something like this, a good majority could not and would not. TFC Devs is really pushing it, and we don't even know the price for that one.

It would also be impossible for Hasbro or Takara to sell this thing to kids at a reasonable price en mass, let alone a few stingy collectors. It couldn't pass a drop test because the thing could probably crush a small child.

Lots of plastic to make this doesn't necessarily mean it would cost any more than the amount of parts contributed to it. Alternate solution: an exclusive preorder for the hardcore manchild?!

Good grecious. wow

this is the ultimate "masterpiece" fort max.

last I heard, 3rd party companies dont mind buying someone's design (with or without the creators consent),

and big collectors pay big $$ for works of art like this. $4000.00 a pop (example), if enough pre-orders were filled, i could see it happen.

i dont make molds or cast, but i'm well aware of how costly it would be just to make molds of all those parts, let alone the casting. it's highly unlikely,...

but that would be epic to see...

Yes it would. The actual caste for the damn thing would be exorbitantly expensive. Then factor in engineering, then factor in the materials, and then factor in someone trying to make a decent buck off of it to at least cover the costs.

A figure the size of Warbot or KMC costs around $100. What do you think this would cost, which is at least 15X that size.
