Well iv wanted to do this for a while now, but the problem is that, im not sure what figures to use for Overlord? i want too keep him ether @ a Voyager or Ultra. first i tought, maybe the Dirge 2pack(Classics) but for the tank, its @ a blank? TFmaster made an overlord from Armada Megatron and Tidal wave I think. But how about a smaller jet, like Energon Starscream and a larger tank that he can clip onto the arm of? I'd love to see you do this guy. Would you try to bring in the powermaster bots?
I think someone made him by using Energon Megatron, oh yeah that was Ravenxl7. Anyways thats what I know.
Actully i really wanna work in the powermasters too but i want to make it close 2 his Masterforce self as possible. i wanna keep the shuttle/jet the bigger one and the tank the smaller one. making the tank transform into the torso n legs. yeas i have 2 addmit it was a pretty awsome custom he did but i want to make mine more Masterforce accurate
Armada Tidalwave is your man! the legs could be made into a tank and his other two units could make an awesome big jet.
I Was actully thinking that too, but i would need 2 articulate the legs soo he can "Bend at zee knees" lol and the question is finding one too lol those things arent low priced lol also ill be doing a Doubledealer too! out of Cybertron Defense Red Alert :
You now have my full attention! As for Overlord, I'll give it some thought, but Tidal Wave doesn't sound like a bad place to start! True they aren't the cheapest base figure to use, but sometimes ya gotta pay to play!

I actually brought a similar thread up not too long ago. My conclusion came to an Ultra Silverbolt reshelled into an SR-71 Blackbird model kit, and two Universe Octanes (Tankors) modded to become one tank. It's actually been on my shortlist for a while as well.
Hmmm Reshelling Silverbolt n using two Octanes to become one tank? thats pretty intersting! i like the Octanes for the legs, the shape of them side by side would look boxy n with the propermods look tanks like! but how will it become the legs excactly? im sure sumthin will fold out? but whenever you deside to work on it ill defently be keeping an eye on it!
You know it just dawned on me use Silverbolt like Kusanagi suggested, but instead of Tankor/Octane as tanks why use the Megatron from the two pack. Hell he's a tank or maybe Galvatron, but still just shooting ideas around.
I thought about Dlx Megatron and Galvatron too, but the one tank has to become two legs, which is I went with the Octanes. Plus it's easier than cutting a Crossovers Hulk in two or something. Unless you'd rather just go with using two tanks, but I want to keep it more accurate to the G1 toy personally.
I have 2 agree with you, it would be much easier then cuttin a crossovers hulk in half, and i want to do the same, i want to keep it as G1 toy accurate as possible, i just need 2 think what i want to use for the jet/shuttle part? i was thinking on using the classics 2pack Dirge, and the modding the living daylight out of him. i like how you mentioned you were going 2 use the classics silverbot n reshelling him into a blackbird? well untill i can see ether yours of some1 elses bash i wont start is, i dont want to start it n then destroying it n money goes down the drain.
