Anyone know how to make custom Insert bubbles?
I recently made a custom box for my Ghost of starscream,
i did not like the plain baby blue box they come in.
but what i didnt realize is that i made it exactly like the original
G1 boxes, the new inserts are way bigger than the original ones and
    dont fit.
Here is a pic of my box

    any help would be great!

    Nice Box!
A bubble insert is very hard to make yourself. You have to make a rubber mold of the original, use a special kind of plastic and vacuumform it. I've sort it out a while ago and I couldn't do it. So if you succeed, please let me know!
    Succes!

i would not call it difficult except maybe in fabricating your equipment. also rubber would be ideal but is not needed you can use almost anything as a positive mold. check out this video it demonstrates my point >>>>

another way would be to use twisty wires and mount it firmly on a printed cardboard insert. it does reduce the glare from a plastic sheet.
