I personally wouldn't transform him. But it's your call and by the way I like the name, Legion. It sounds so badass.
I'd advise against it unless you're comfortable with losing a really cool figure if it fails. Seriously, that guy is awesome!
Or go the Transmutate/Autobot X route. Leave plenty of moving parts so it could almost transform, but leave it as the horrid amalgamation of bits it had become. Then we can become all philosophical and call you the monster for creating it that way. XD
My thought, if you do want to go through with it, is fiddle with him to see if you can position the fig in a way that reminds you of something, then you can try adding an altmode shell to it.
If I give him a transformation, then the form you see in the pic will be the alt mode. Basically I would be giving him a robot mode.
Whoa, you totally just threw me for a loop, THAT's not the bot mode. What would you do to change him, have that face thing flip back to reveal a bot face? I don't see how it would be much of a transformation.
Yeah, considering it's virtually (roughly) humanoid as it is, I'm not sure how you'd transform it to a different humani=oid mode, unless you pulled an Optimus Minor (for instance), and turned the arms into the legs and the legs into the arms. I'd have thought it would be cooler to have that as the bot mode and get it to transform into something else with a vehicle (or something) shell.
Should I make it so Legion can transform or not. He is old and kind of put together badly, so he might fall apart completely if I try it. I'll let you guys decide. I can do it, but I just a little scarred he will kick the bucket if you know what I mean. What do you guys think of BM Thrust's or BM Jetstorm's head?
Well the way I see him, the way he looks to me now, screams beast. the way he would transform would be more of a reassemble of parts with a robot head thrown in.
