I'm thinking about taking a classics bumblebee and reshelling him as a 2005 vw bug. What kind of mess am I getting myself into? Anyone out there that has done this have any tips for me?

Kroger has a pretty wide selection of diecast cars that are just about the right size, and one just happens to be an 05 bug

You really don't want to re-shell with die cast, trust me.
