i hope this helps u guys as much as me.. not sure how many in each of these sets and which are articulated and which are fixed poses
I purchased a set of of one of the blue packaging, they are really nice but none of them are articulated unless I was missing something on the Japanese instructions. Oh and almost all the boxes come with fists, open hand and gun holding hands so three sets.

the articulated hands alone with shipping from japan
will probably cost half the whole gundam kit,
some japanese websites do sell parts of the kit,
but at a huge mark-up.
hands are hot in demand definitely.
you'd be better off buying the whole kit

the HLJ manipulators for 1/100 gundams
are a fantastic alternative.
I was thinking of those too.

Looking at my 1/100 scale Heavy Arms Gundam hands, they look significantly smaller than alt/BT hands. I'd say they're about the size of deluxes, maybe slightly bigger depending on the deluxe.

Looking at those prices, you can get a 1/100 Gundam kit for about the same price and you get 1 set of semi-articulated hands with the kit (the index finger is individually articulated and the 3 other smaller fingers articulate together and the thumb is stationary which is pretty much the same amount of articulation as Alt/BT hands). You do get 3 sets of hands if you buy one of the HLJ sets but they are not articulated.

The 1/100 heavy arms gundam is a HG model. It's considerably smaller when compared to the ungraded 1/100 gundam seed and gundam 00 models.

I recommend the manipulators for gelgoog because they are larger than normal gundams. You can replace the fingers with wires and styrene rods.

The best option is if somebody is willing to make and sell recasts of the MG gundam hands.
